Terms And Conditions

  1. 1. Eligibility This plan is open to all customers who agree to the terms and register via the mobile app. Valid ID proof and contact details are mandatory. पात्रता (Eligibility) यह योजना उन सभी ग्राहकों के लिए खुली है जो नियमों और शर्तों से सहमत हैं और मोबाइल ऐप के माध्यम से पंजीकरण करते हैं। वैध पहचान पत्र (ID Proof) और संपर्क विवरण देना अनिवार्य है।
  2. 2. Plan Duration & Payments The plan consists of 12 monthly installments. All payments must be made on or before the due date. Accepted payment modes: UPI / Debit Card. All payments are manual (no auto-debit facility available). Platform fee is non-refundable. Late payments may attract penalty charges. After the payment date of the 12th installment, you can take your gold item on the date of the 13th month. योजना अवधि एवं भुगतान (Plan Duration & Payments) यह योजना 12 मासिक किस्तों (installments) की है। सभी भुगतान नियत तिथि (due date) या उससे पहले करना अनिवार्य है। स्वीकार्य भुगतान माध्यम: UPI / Debit Card। सभी भुगतान मैन्युअल होंगे (कोई auto-debit सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं है)। प्लेटफॉर्म शुल्क (platform fee) वापसी योग्य नहीं है। विलंब से भुगतान करने पर पेनल्टी (penalty) लग सकती है। 12वीं किस्त की भुगतान तिथि के बाद, 13वें महीने की तिथि पर आप अपना गोल्ड आइटम ले सकते हैं।
  3. 3. Jewellery Purchase & Redemption On completion, the total amount can be used only for purchasing gold jewellery from Kankalaya Jewellers. No cash withdrawal is allowed. Plans cannot be merged or combined. Jewellery purchase must be made in-store only. Applicable gold rate will be the prevailing rate on the purchase date. आभूषण खरीद एवं रिडेम्पशन (Jewellery Purchase & Redemption) योजना पूर्ण होने पर, कुल राशि का उपयोग केवल Kankalaya Jewellers से सोने के आभूषण खरीदने के लिए ही किया जा सकता है। नकद निकासी (cash withdrawal) की अनुमति नहीं है। योजनाओं को आपस में जोड़ा या मिलाया नहीं जा सकता। आभूषण की खरीद केवल दुकान (in-store) से ही करनी होगी। लागू सोने का रेट, खरीद की तारीख पर प्रचलित (prevailing) रेट के अनुसार होगा।
  4. 4. GST & Other Charges GST, making charges, and stone charges (if any) will be charged extra. जीएसटी एवं अन्य शुल्क (GST & Other Charges) GST, मेकिंग चार्ज (making charges) तथा स्टोन चार्ज (यदि लागू हो) अतिरिक्त रूप से लिए जाएंगे।
  5. 5. Early Termination Policy Missing installments will result in cancellation of plan benefits. Saved amount can only be used for jewellery purchase. No cash refund will be provided. Early exit will lead to loss of benefits. समयपूर्व समाप्ति नीति (Early Termination Policy) किस्तों का भुगतान न करने पर योजना के सभी लाभ रद्द हो जाएंगे। जमा की गई राशि का उपयोग केवल आभूषण खरीदने के लिए ही किया जा सकता है। किसी भी स्थिति में नकद वापसी (cash refund) नहीं दी जाएगी। योजना को बीच में छोड़ने पर सभी लाभ समाप्त हो जाएंगे!
  6. 6. Plan Modification Kankalaya Jewellers reserves the right to modify or discontinue the plan at any time without prior notice. योजना में संशोधन (Plan Modification) Kankalaya Jewellers को बिना पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी समय इस योजना में बदलाव करने या इसे बंद करने का पूर्ण अधिकार है।
  7. 7. Non-Transferable This plan is strictly non-transferable. हस्तांतरणीय नहीं (Non-Transferable) यह योजना पूर्णतः गैर-हस्तांतरणीय है।
  8. 8. Force Majeure The company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by unforeseen events beyond its control. फोर्स मेज्योर (Force Majeure) कंपनी अपने नियंत्रण से बाहर होने वाली अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों के कारण होने वाली किसी भी देरी या विफलता के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
